Marvin Behavioral Health is seeking a Senior Growth Product Manager to own acquisition, activation, and retention. You’ll work at the intersection of product, marketing, data, and AI to build impactful features and experiment-driven improvements.

You’ll partner with engineering, design, data, and clinical operations to ship AI-powered experiences, improve funnels, and drive adoption while maintaining trust and patient safety throughout the member journey.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of product management experience in growth, acquisition, or lifecycle-focused work.
• Experience running structured experiments and using data for prioritization.
• Comfort with SQL or analytics tools to self-serve insights.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineers, designers, marketers and clinicians.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate ambiguity into clear specs.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end growth funnel: awareness to ongoing engagement.
• Identify levers for active users and build a prioritized roadmap of experiments.
• Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests across onboarding, matching, scheduling, and re-engagement.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Clinical Operations to ship features.
• Define north-star metrics and track activation, adoption, sessions, and churn.
• Develop AI-powered features to drive activation and engagement.
• Translate feedback and data into product requirements; foster a rigorous testing culture.
