Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of product management experience with growth focus.
• Structured experiments (A/B tests, funnel optimization) and data-driven prioritization.
• Comfort using SQL or analytics tools for self-serve insights.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with engineers, designers, marketers, and clinicians.
• Ability to prototype with AI tools to test ideas before engineering involvement.
• Genuine interest in healthcare or mission-driven consumer products.
• Bonus: experience shipping AI-powered product features and in regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the end-to-end growth funnel: awareness → sign-up → intake → first session → ongoing active engagement.
• Identify the biggest levers for growing active users and build a prioritized roadmap of experiments and features.
• Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests across onboarding, matching, scheduling, and re-engagement flows.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Clinical Operations to ship features that increase member engagement.
• Define and track north-star and guardrail metrics centered on active users alongside acquisition metrics.
• Identify underused features or touchpoints and drive adoption across the member base.
• Develop AI-powered features that drive activation and engagement.
• Translate qualitative feedback and quantitative data into clear product requirements.
• Build a strong testing culture with clear hypotheses and fast iteration.
• Balance growth with safety and trust in behavioral health.
