Profound is the marketing platform for the AI era. We’re hiring a Product Manager, Growth Platform to own our marketing website end-to-end, a high-impact role at the intersection of marketing, design, and engineering.

You’ll sit at the core of a fast-moving team and drive the site to perform and convert. This on-site role in NYC focuses on turning the site into a revenue asset, with a strong emphasis on CMS, performance, and design.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a web product, growth, or digital marketing role.
• Strong design sensibility and obsessive attention to craft and standards.
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms, A/B testing tools, and web analytics.
• Comfortable working across marketing, design and engineering without losing momentum.
• Highly organized with a bias toward shipping; you run a tight backlog.
• Obsessive about conversion and deep curiosity about buyer actions.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing website end-to-end as a pipeline and conversion asset.
• Work with the marketing team to enable template pages and content ownership.
• Define and maintain conversion paths and customer journeys across the site.
• Run a continuous testing program (A/B, multivariate) to improve conversion rates.
• Partner with PMM to ensure messaging and content reflect launches.
• Collaborate with design to brief, review, and ship new page designs.
• Manage the relationship with engineering to scope, prioritize, and QA work.
• Own and maintain the marketing web roadmap and backlog; run sprints.
• Establish and report on web KPIs: traffic-to-MQL, demos, engagement.
• Continuously scout the web to improve our website for prospects and customers.
