Job summary

Profound is hiring a product manager to own an AI-native CMS, shaping discovery, execution, and delivery end-to-end. You will define the vision, roadmap, and content workflows from draft to live publication, collaborating with customers to ensure the product meets real-world needs.

You will drive cross-functional work with engineers and designers to set a new bar for AI-assisted content tooling, and you will be in front of customers daily to validate what you build.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building software products, ideally at a startup or fast-moving company.
• Deep understanding of content workflows from creation to publish.
• Strong product fundamentals and end-to-end ownership.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguity and ship.
• Willingness to engage with customers, write specs, and iterate on workflows.

Responsibilities

• Define the vision and roadmap for Profound's AI-native CMS.
• Own content creation, staging, review, and publishing workflows.
• Collaborate with customers to translate needs into product decisions.
• Partner with engineering and design to ship a best-in-class CMS for AI-native content.
• Engage with customers daily for discovery and feedback.
