Dolls Kill, inc. is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to drive incremental growth through hands-on management of campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.

You will collaborate with a diverse team of creatives and merchandisers to build compelling ads and optimize campaigns for profitability. The role requires 4+ years in DTC ecommerce advertising with hands-on experience on at least two major platforms, plus a data-driven mindset and strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in DTC ecommerce advertising with hands-on experience in at least two platforms (Google Ads, TikTok, Meta).
• Experience taking data-driven approaches to marketing and media buying.
• Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and translate data into actionable insights.

Responsabilités

• Create and optimize campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok; analyze data to drive performance.
• Identify arbitrage opportunities and optimize bid strategies, ad formats, and creative testing.
• Assist in developing performance media budgets across channels to maximize incremental profitable sales.
• Collaborate with merchandising and creative teams using structured data and visualizations to understand customers and opportunities.
• Improve full-funnel reporting and attribution, monitor trends, and explore new channels.
• Support brand marketing with data-driven measurement recommendations.
