Job summary

Scribd seeks a results-oriented performance marketing leader to own discovery across Everand, Fable, and Scribd. You will set strategy for paid and organic channels, allocate budget, and drive growth for a multi-brand portfolio.

You will build and mentor a team of channel experts, lead attribution and reporting, partner with brand marketers on integrated campaigns, and collaborate with creative to boost engagement and conversions.

Qualifications

• Experience owning or evaluating marketing technology.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across a multi-brand portfolio.
• Strong understanding of LTV/CAC, attribution and incrementality.
• MMM experience is a plus.
• Comfortable using AI tools in marketing work.
• Solid knowledge of paid search, paid social, and affiliate.
• Working knowledge of SEO and LLM visibility.
• Creative collaboration between marketing buying and creative teams.
• 6+ years in performance marketing; 2+ years in people management.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy across paid and organic discovery for a multi-brand portfolio.
• Lead a team of channel experts across paid search, paid social, affiliate, SEO and LLMs.
• Lead attribution and reporting; reallocate spend based on data insights.
