Job summary

El Pollo Loco, Inc. is seeking a strategic Manager, Third-Party Delivery to grow revenue across DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, and ezCater.

You will own partnerships, lead annual planning, and guide gift card programs across channels. You’ll collaborate with Operations and IT, travel regionally in Southern California, and build data-driven strategies to boost delivery performance, catering orders, and marketplace ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6–8 years in business development or digital commerce.
• Experience with third-party marketplace relationships in limited-service restaurants.
• Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual business planning with third-party platforms.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, and ezCater.
• Lead advertising and promotions to boost ROI.
• Develop test-and-learn strategies to improve marketplace performance.
• Oversee gift card programs across in-restaurant and digital channels.
