Job summary

Ensemble Therapy in Southern California is seeking an Assistant Director of School Business to drive growth of our school-based programs. You will work with the Director and district administrators, leveraging your administrative background and knowledge of education law to expand partnerships and outcomes.

You will develop strategic growth plans, manage budgets and events, and lead outreach to school districts.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of proven experience as a school administrator.
• Strong knowledge of administrative processes in education.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google suite.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build trust with district leaders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Schools Program Director to strengthen relationships.
• Develop strategic growth plans to meet goals.
• Outreach to school districts via calls and emails.
• Manage budgets, logistics, events, and meetings.
• Initiate new district partnerships.
• Prepare confidential and non-confidential reports.
• Support staff training and onboarding.
• Organize contracts for upcoming school years.
• Communicate professionally with districts.
• Uphold Ensemble’s vision for school programs.
• Handle additional tasks as assigned.
