Job summary

Endeavor Schools, LLC is seeking a Director of Enrichment Programs to own the P&L, shape the program portfolio, and drive enrichment initiatives across our network. You will work with Regional Directors and School Leaders to implement programs, pricing, and measurement, ensuring strong financial and operational performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in multi-site operations leadership or as an execution-focused consultant.
• Proven ownership of results with full P&L accountability or equivalent.
• Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, pricing, margin analysis.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year enrichment strategy and portfolio across the network.
• Drive execution in the field with Regional Directors and School Leaders.
• Own enrichment P&L and drive annual revenue and contribution margin targets.
• Source, negotiate, and manage enrichment partners and contracts.
• Ensure health, safety, licensing, and compliance across programs.
• Build people and culture; design training for schools and staff.
