This full-time role emphasizes market positioning, financial analysis, and strong stakeholder communication, with travel to community locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required. MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
• 7-10 years of progressive experience in business development, strategic planning, or corporate growth, ideally within senior living, healthcare, or real estate development.
• Proven experience building financial models, analyzing pro formas, and working closely with corporate financial leadership.
• Demonstrated success in establishing joint ventures, cross-sector partnerships, or launching new business entities.
• Exceptional presentation skills with a proven ability to influence executive leadership teams and external business partners.
• Ability to travel regularly to community locations across the upper Midwest.
