Mission Health Communities is seeking a full-time Area Director of Business Development to lead marketing and development for our Kansas North Region communities. You’ll be a valued member of our caring, dynamic team, with a full suite of benefits.

The role involves business development, admissions processes and maintaining daily census, representing the facility to professionals and the community to expand referral base, and analyzing the marketplace to meet residents’ needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in health care marketing.
• Experience with Point Click Care preferred.
• Nursing degree preferred.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development and marketing for Kansas North Region.
• Oversee admissions process and daily census maintenance.
• Represent the facility to professionals and the community to grow referrals.
• Analyze marketplace needs to adapt offerings.
