Job summary

Vitality Living seeks a Director of Sales & Marketing - Integration to lead the seamless integration of newly acquired and developed senior living communities into the brand. You will partner with the VP of Integrations to drive occupancy, revenue, and local brand awareness across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
• Proven senior living sales/marketing integration experience.
• Track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
• Strong strategic planning and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies tailored to integrate acquisitions and new developments into the Vitality Living brand.
• Establish sales offices, initial collateral, signage, hiring processes, compensation plans, and phone number plans for new developments, ensuring readiness for sales operations.
• Create tailored strategic plans for each community, informed by metrics, market trends, and community needs.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing sales and marketing team during the integration process.
• Conduct market analyses to identify trends and demographic factors influencing senior living in the region during integration.
• Collaborate with corporate marketing to ensure brand integration and emphasis on unique features.
• Implement sales processes during integration from inquiry to move-in; monitor performance against budgets.
• Build relationships with influencers, referral sources, and partners to boost lead generation.
• Develop and manage budgets for sales & marketing and provide ongoing training and playbooks.
