Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive healthcare business development experience, preferably in hospice, home health, or post-acute care.
• 2+ years in a management role.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth strategies to achieve census and revenue targets.
• Build and nurture relationships with hospitals, physicians, SNFs, ALFs, and community partners.
• Oversee referral pipeline management and drive admissions growth.
• Coach and develop the provider and community relations team.
• Coordinate with clinical, admissions, and operations teams for seamless service delivery.
• Monitor KPIs and use data to guide outreach and market strategy.
