You will direct business development and marketing efforts, develop strategic sales plans, and foster key partnerships with hospitals, SNFs, physicians, and community organizations to increase referrals and patient census.

• Directs all Business Development and Marketing activities in the assigned region to grow revenue, census, and partnerships.
• Develops and implements strategic sales plans under leadership guidance.
• Creates and manages marketing plans, budgets, and program implementation.
• Ensures CRM is used to document and maximize opportunities across teams.
• Provides training and support to Business Development staff toward revenue and growth goals.
• Represents the organization at local and state professional events and community engagements.
