Job summary

Arrowhead Behavioral Health, LLC is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service within the Business Development Office. The role focuses on optimizing utilization of the continuum of care through marketing principles and effective program promotion.

The incumbent will drive strategic planning, pursue growth opportunities, and maintain strong relationships across departments, including with the CEO and Admissions/Intake.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health, marketing, business administration or related field.
• A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a health care business development management environment with measurable results.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service activities within the Business Development Office.
• Develop and execute a strategic marketing plan to drive utilization and growth.
• Maintain productive relationships with internal departments and key stakeholders, including the CEO and Admissions/Intake.
• Lead market analysis, forecast performance, and monitor referral sources and payers.
• Manage and coach account managers; set targets, plans, and scheduling; review performance.
• Develop quarterly strategic plans and communicate outcomes to leadership.
