Job summary

Riveredge Hospital in Forest Park, IL is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service within the Marketing Department.

The role is responsible for achieving desired utilization of the organization’s continuum of care through strategic marketing, brand enhancement, and productive cross-functional partnerships with the CEO and Admissions leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field required.
• MBA or related field highly preferred.
• Experience in behavioral healthcare marketing is a plus.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Strategically analyzes target markets for accounts and designates territories and assignments.
• Directs market research collection, analysis and interpretation of market data.
• Leads growth of profitable new business opportunities and develops marketing strategies.
• Monitors account performance and assists in developing sales plans and territory management.
• Maintains a personal book of business with regular face-to-face contacts with referral sources.
• Develops, implements and monitors quarterly marketing plans and provides timely reports.
