Job summary

Arrowhead Behavioral Health, LLC seeks a Director of Admissions and Referrals to lead assessment and referral operations for psychiatric and chemical dependency services. You will supervise staff, coordinate with medical teams, and serve as a key liaison with case managers, payors, and hospital intake departments to ensure timely access to care.

The role oversees clinical evaluations, crisis intervention, and appropriate referrals, with collaboration across care teams to optimize admission flow

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; Master’s degree preferred.
• Master’s degree in Social Work with LSW in Ohio.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in field; supervision experience required (2 years).

Responsibilities

• Directs screening of potential patients for admission and initiates integrated assessment.
• Assists admin, physicians and clinical staff in assessment of pending admits.
• Ensure accurate referral information and appropriate level of care decisions.
