BBB National Programs seeks a Business Development Program Analyst to turn data and research into insights that drive partner growth, retention, and sponsorship initiatives. The role collaborates with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, ensuring accurate CRM data, rigorous analytics, and actionable reporting.

You will conduct market and prospect research, build prospect lists, and support engagement and events for National Partners, while contributing to team operations and strategic

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 1–3 years of relevant professional experience
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong research and analytical capabilities with the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Word and PowerPoint
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics) including building reports

Aufgaben

• CRM data accuracy and integrity across the organization
• Regular data audits, cleanup, and enrichment for reporting
• Build and maintain weekly and ad hoc reports and dashboards for membership, retention, and business development
• Serve as a CRM resource, including onboarding and training for new users
• Conduct in-depth research to identify prospective National Partners and sponsors
• Build prospect lists with detailed profiles of organizations and decision-makers
• Analyze acquisition, renewal, and retention trends and track pipeline performance
• Draft proposals and outreach content informed by prospect research
• Coordinate onboarding and engagement activities for National Partners
• Prepare briefing materials for leadership and capture action items
• Coordinate team workflows and ensure timely follow-up on initiatives
