Job summary

BBB National Programs is seeking a Business Development Program Analyst in McLean, VA to turn data into strategic insights for growth and sponsorship initiatives. You will own CRM data integrity and deliver regular reports while conducting prospect research to identify new opportunities.

The role emphasizes strong analytical capabilities, collaborative work with leadership, and hands-on support for events, partnerships, and performance tracking. This is a full-time, in-office position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong research and analytical capabilities, with a track record of turning data and research into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, lookups) and proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics), including building reports.

Responsibilities

• CRM, Data & Reporting duties: Maintain data integrity, run data audits, build reports and dashboards, onboard new users.
• Market & Prospect Research: Identify prospective National Partners and sponsors, build detailed organization profiles.
• Pipeline & Performance Analysis: Track acquisition, renewal, retention, and revenue forecasts; measure outreach effectiveness.
• Partner Engagement & Events: Support engagement activities, onboarding, events, and sponsorships.
• Team Operations: Coordinate workflows, track priorities, and prepare leadership briefing materials.
