Job summary

BBB National Programs in McLean, VA is seeking a Business Development Program Analyst who turns data into insights to drive National Partner growth, retention, and sponsorship strategy. You will work directly with the Vice President and cross-functional Directors to execute membership growth and partner engagement.

The analyst owns data integrity, builds reports, identifies opportunities, and translates findings into recommendations for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong research and analytical capabilities, with a track record of turning data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data cleanup) and proficiency in Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics).

Responsibilities

• Own CRM data accuracy and run regular audits.
• Build weekly and ad hoc reports to support membership, retention, and business development.
• Identify prospective National Partners and sponsors with detailed profiles.
• Track pipeline metrics such as conversion rates and revenue forecasts.
• Support partner engagement, onboarding, and events planning.
• Coordinate team workflows and prepare leadership briefing materials.
