Job summary

BBB National Programs Inc is seeking a Business Development Program Analyst to help turn data and research into strategies that drive National Partner growth, retention, and sponsorship initiatives. The role reports to the Vice President and collaborates with Directors and Managers across the Business Development and National Partner teams.

The analyst will own the team’s data, research, and reporting to ensure CRM integrity, uncover new opportunities, and translate findings into leadership

Qualifications

• Strong data analysis and research skills to generate insights.
• Experience maintaining CRM data integrity.
• Analytical, detail-oriented and proactive with ability to work independently.
• Able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

**This role requires a minimum of three in-office days per week in McLean, VA to perform the essential functions of the position.

YOUR IMPACT

The Business Development Program Analyst turns data and research into insight that drives National Partner growth, retention, and sponsorship strategy. Working directly with the Vice President and partnering with Directors and Managers across the Business Development and National Partner team, this role is central to the successful execution of membership growth, partner engagement, and sponsorship initiatives.

The analyst owns the team’s data, research, and reporting—ensuring CRM integrity, uncovering and prioritizing new opportunities, and translating findings into clear recommendations for leadership. This role requires an analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who is comfortable working independently while collaborating across multiple stakeholders.
