Job summary

BBB National Programs is seeking a Manager, National Partner & Business Development in McLean, VA. This role drives strategic growth, nurtures national partners, and advances sponsorship and program engagement; three in-office days per week are required to perform essential functions.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in account management, partnership management, or business development.
• Strong relationship management and client service skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (HubSpot).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary relationship manager for National Partners to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and execute partner engagement plans across programs, events, and initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to increase or expand partner involvement across programs and services.
• Collaborate with marketing, program teams, and leadership to ensure consistent messaging and partner experience.
