Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years in business development or sales preferred.
  • Experience with events, partnerships, and sponsorships is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business, revenue opportunities, and partnerships.
  • Support sales initiatives across membership, events, licensing, and sponsorships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with members, clients, vendors, partners, and prospects.
  • Drive membership growth and retention through campaigns and referrals.
  • Plan and execute banquets, receptions, meetings, and VIP events.
  • Coordinate logistics for larger events and trade shows.
  • Manage event timelines, budgets, and vendor requirements.
  • Assist merchandise inventory management and product research.
  • Develop licensing opportunities with potential partners and categories.
  • Travel as needed and support senior leadership on special projects.
