Texas Trophy Hunters Association is seeking a Business Development Coordinator in San Antonio, TX, in-office role with up to 25% travel; hours are Monday–Friday, with evenings and some weekends required. The Business Development Coordinator is a versatile, results-driven team member responsible for supporting and growing multiple areas of the organization. This position serves as a cross-functional team member, working across membership, events, merchandise, licensing, sales, partnerships, and special projects to identify opportunities, execute initiatives, and help achieve organizational goals.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, personable, and comfortable shifting priorities based on the needs of the organization. This individual must be equally comfortable planning a banquet, developing a membership retention initiative, managing merchandise inventory, communicating with a potential business partner, supporting a sales opportunity, or taking ownership of a special project from concept through completion.
This position requires an entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to ask, “What needs to be done, and how can I help get it across the finish line?”
The Business Development Coordinator will work closely with the President and CEO and other departments to strengthen revenue opportunities, increase membership, expand organizational programs, and support the overall growth and success of the organization.
