Job summary

Talkspace is seeking a Business Development & Growth Associate for Wisdo Health to drive pharma growth from New York in a remote/ET-based role. You will research pharma brands, identify decision-makers, and build targeted outreach campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and CRM platforms, turning prospects into meetings with senior leadership.

The role emphasizes AI-assisted research, content development, and collaboration with senior leadership to expand relationships in the pharmaceutical industry.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on BD/growth in healthcare, life sciences, or healthcare marketing.
• Experience targeting pharmaceutical brands, patient support teams, or pharma agencies.
• Able to describe outreach campaigns you personally executed and the meetings or opportunities they generated.
• Hands-on experience using a CRM, prospecting tools, LinkedIn, and email platforms to run outreach.
• Strong research and writing skills, with demonstrated use of AI tools to work faster while ensuring quality.

Responsibilities

• Research pharmaceutical companies, brands, therapeutic areas, agencies, and potential partners.
• Identify decision-makers and build and maintain targeted prospect and account lists.
• Build and execute targeted email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
• Conduct initial outreach, personalize communications, and manage follow-up.
• Track responses and help turn initial interest into meetings with senior leadership.
• Maintain prospect, opportunity, and activity information in the CRM and track follow-ups.
• Research companies, brands, and attendees in advance of prospective-client meetings.
• Help customize presentations and prepare materials for client conversations.
• Coordinate post-meeting follow-up and support proposals, RFP responses, and other business-development materials.
• AI, Data & Commercial Tools: use AI to accelerate prospect research and account intelligence; maintain data across systems.
