Job summary

Talkspace is seeking a Business Development & Growth Associate, Pharma to help scale our Wisdo Health pharma business. This remote role is based on Eastern Time with Talkspace HQ in NYC.

You’ll research pharmaceutical brands, build targeted prospect lists, launch LinkedIn and email outreach campaigns, and support proposals, RFP responses, and sales materials. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in healthcare BD and comfort using AI tools to speed research.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on business development or growth experience in healthcare or pharma marketing.
• Experience researching pharmaceutical brands, patient support teams, or pharma agencies.
• Proven ability to run outbound outreach and maintain an organized pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & outreach: identify decision-makers, build lists, and run targeted campaigns.
• Sales & pipeline support: maintain CRM data and coordinate follow-ups.
• AI, data & tools: use AI to accelerate research, outreach, and content creation.
• Growth marketing & events: support campaigns, webinars, and conference outreach.
