Job summary

FOX News Channel is seeking a Senior Manager, Growth & Partnerships Analytics to drive performance analysis and executive-ready insights that explain subscription growth, channel performance, and promotional effectiveness. Embedded within FOX One's analytics team, you will partner with Strategy and Business Development to influence high-impact decisions.

You will lead deep-dive analyses, run A/B tests, translate trends for leadership, and collaborate with FP&A.

Qualifications

8+ years in analytics, strategy, or business intelligence within subscription, media, technology, or digital platforms.
Proven ability to translate performance data into insights and recommendations for non-technical senior stakeholders.
Experience supporting Growth Analytics and Partnerships functions without owning deal modeling.
Experience delivering executive-level presentations and translating complex analytics into clear business recommendations.
Cross-functional collaboration across product, marketing, finance, operations, and partnerships.
Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace a minimum of 3 days per week is an essential function of the position.

Responsibilities

Lead analyses across direct subscription, distribution, and channel performance to identify what's driving growth, retention, and profitability.
Serve as the analytics and strategy partner to Growth & Partnerships, providing the analytical horsepower to move initiatives forward.
Design and analyze controlled experiments (A/B testing) to assess pricing, promotional, and offer effectiveness.
Translate performance and consumption trends into a clear point of view for Strategy and Business Development decision-making.
Partner with FP&A to ensure decisions are grounded in accurate performance data—feeding their forecasting rather than duplicating it.
Leverage large-scale datasets using SQL and BI tools to uncover performance drivers and statistical relationships.
Deliver executive-ready insights for monthly and ad-hoc leadership reviews.
