Fox Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager for Growth & Partnerships Analytics to lead performance analysis and provide executive-ready insights on subscription growth, channel performance, and promotional effectiveness. Qualifications

• BA in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
• Typically 8+ years in analytics, strategy, or business intelligence within subscription, media, technology, or digital platforms.
• Strong track record turning performance data into clear insights and recommendations for non-technical senior stakeholders.
• Experience supporting Growth Analytics and Partnerships functions within a subscription or media business.
• Experience delivering executive-level presentations and translating complex analytics into clear business recommendations.
• Cross-functional collaboration across product, marketing, finance, operations, and partnerships.
• On-site attendance at workplace a minimum of 3 days per week is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-depth analyses of direct subscription, distribution, and channel performance.
• Partner with Growth & Partnerships to provide analytical horsepower for initiatives.
• Design and analyze controlled experiments (A/B tests) for pricing, promotions, and offers.
• Translate performance trends into a clear point of view for strategy decisions.
• Collaborate with FP&A to ensure data-grounded strategic decisions.
• Leverage large datasets with SQL and BI tools to uncover drivers and relations.
• Deliver executive-ready insights for monthly and ad hoc leadership reviews.
