Veris Insights in Washington, DC is seeking a Business Development Analyst for a full-time role beginning in Jan/Feb 2027 for graduating seniors. You will lead high-volume outbound outreach to senior Talent Acquisition and University Recruiting leaders to generate interest in our research-based memberships and build a robust pipeline.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree with an expected graduation date between May and December 2026
• Internship or part-time experience in business development, sales, recruiting, or client-facing roles is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to operate in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with sales/prospecting tools (Salesforce, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn) is a plus

• Execute high-volume, multi-channel outbound outreach to generate qualified pipeline
• Meet defined activity and pipeline-generation goals using data-driven strategy
• Generate interest and build relationships with senior Talent Acquisition and University Recruiting leaders
• Collaborate with Account Advisors to prioritize accounts and tailor prospecting strategies
• Analyze trends and collaborate with Marketing and Revenue Ops
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline in Salesforce
• Partner with mentor to build a growth plan
• Collaborate with cohort peers on outreach improvements
• Identify firmwide opportunities and present strategic recommendations to leadership
