Job summary

Veris Insights is seeking a Business Development Analyst for the Entry Talent Accelerator (ETA) program, a 12–18 month development track designed to fast-track early-career professionals into client-facing and revenue roles.

As part of the Growth Division, you will conduct high-volume outbound outreach to senior Talent Acquisition and University Recruiting leaders, analyze trends, and develop communication and advisory skills that drive membership conversations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree with an expected graduation between Dec 2026 and Jun 2027.
• Experience in business development, sales, recruiting, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable in fast-paced environments.
• Curiosity, coachability and rapid learning ability.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate interest.
• Build relationships with senior Talent Acquisition and University Recruiting leaders.
• Provide data-informed insights and maintain Salesforce records.
• Collaborate with mentors and cross-functional teams to refine outreach and pipeline strategy.
• Present progress and recommendations to leadership.
