Job summary

ICF seeks a Growth Enablement intern to support the PROPOSALS, ANALYTICS, and GROWTH ENABLEMENT team. The 10-week role is full-time and hybrid, based in Reston, VA or Arlington, VA, starting in June 2027.

You will develop client-facing materials, refresh the proposal library, create PowerPoint visuals, and explore AI tools to speed content creation, reporting to the Senior Manager of PAGE Team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 60 completed college level credit hours in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Environmental Studies, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build hands-on experience in BD operations by supporting the Growth Enablement team and SMEs in developing client-facing materials (discovery questions, one-pager brochures, pitch decks).
• Audit and refresh outdated content in the proposal content library with BD writers and SMEs to ensure materials are current and easy to find.
• Design editable PowerPoint graphics and visuals to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling content that strengthens proposal readability.
• Explore and apply AI tools to accelerate content development from drafting to formatting.
