Job summary

Philadelphia Insurance Companies is seeking an Underwriter to support growth and profitability in Management and Professional Lines. You will underwrite and market products, manage a profitable book, and build strong agency relationships while delivering underwriting excellence across D&O, EPL, fiduciary, crime, cyber, and related lines.

This role offers locations in multiple western markets and requires technical underwriting expertise and consultative sales skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1 year of underwriting experience preferred.
• Professional designations such as RPLU, CPCU, ARM, or AU are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a profitable book of business across Directors & Officers, EPL, Fiduciary, Crime, Cyber and other management liability products.
• Develop agency relationships and drive profitable growth through targeted marketing and visits.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, risk management, and product teams to support business objectives.
• Deliver exceptional service to agents, brokers, and insureds while meeting service standards.
