The ideal candidate is detail oriented, able to work autonomously, and capable of leading as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. MS Office proficiency is essential, with a focus on renewal processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School degree.
• Experience managing book of business.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple clients.
• Detail oriented, resourceful – strong decision‑making skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication – communication written up after every renewal meeting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and client service skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and perform well under pressure.
• Ability to participate both as a team member and as a team leader.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for book of business and new business as referred.
• Manage all aspects of client’s commercial insurance needs, from information gathering, preparing applications and renewal marketing to policy administration.
• Risk Identification process execution, program design, implementation.
• Participate in day-to-day communication with clients proactively
• Assist clients with questions and issue resolution
• Participate as a Team member in a fast-paced, growing sales environment open to continuous improvement.
