Job summary

The Hilb Group in Irmo, SC is seeking a motivated Surety Account Manager to join our in-office team. You will manage a book of business and assist with new business referrals, focusing on commercial insurance needs, application preparation, and renewal marketing.

Ideal candidates have experience with bond issuance (commercial and contract), enjoy collaborating with clients, and can prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School degree.
• Experience with both Commercial and Contract bond issuance.
• AMS and ImageRight experience preferred.
• Experience managing a book of business.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple clients.
• Detail oriented and strong decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an in-office position.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for book of business and new business as referred.
