Job summary

The Hilb Group is seeking an Associate Account Manager for our Roseland, NJ office. This in-office role supports commercial lines servicing, certificates, renewals and client inquiries.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented and able to collaborate with a team to ensure accurate policy administration. Required: High school diploma; 0–2 years in insurance or customer service; Property & Casualty license or within timeframe to obtain; strong communication and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred for higher qualification.
• 0–2 years of experience in insurance, customer service, or administrative support.

Responsibilities

• Assist with commercial lines servicing for the region.
• Support Account Managers and Account Executives with day-to-day tasks.
• Prepare certificates, binders, endorsements and handle policy changes.
