Responsibilities

• Maximize sales by directing team to provide prompt, courteous service.
• Solicit orders and represent the company per policies.
• Maintain customer base and grow sales in assigned accounts.
• Supervise store team and work with District Manager on hiring and evaluations.
• Develop schedules based on sales and payroll forecasts and review timecards.
• Ensure training on policies, customer service, safety, and systems.
