Job summary

U.S. Bank in Rochester, MN is seeking a Small Business Specialist 3 to deliver excellent customer service while providing comprehensive financial solutions for small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.

You will grow client relationships through outbound prospecting and cross-functional collaboration with branch partners and other business lines, while opening accounts and referring product solutions to meet clients' needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience.
• Typically three or more years of customer service, consultative sales and/or prospecting experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems.
• Understanding of banking operations, product knowledge, sales, new business development, customer service/relations, and community relations.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service in accordance with U.S. Bank Core Values.
• Provide comprehensive financial solutions to small businesses with annual revenues between $500K and $2.5 million.
• Actively deepen existing customer relationships through routine calling and development activities.
• Grow revenue and meet assigned financial targets through outside prospecting.
• Collaborate with branch partners, centers of influence, clients and other business line partners.
• Open accounts, identify product solutions, and service accounts for customers in the segment.
