Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking an experienced relationship-builder and sales professional to own acquisition and growth of asset management solutions within a defined territory. This role requires building durable advisor relationships and translating investment concepts into clear client conversations.

The position is a telecommute role with regular travel; you must live within the territory. A strong background in consultative sales and wealth management, plus FINRA licenses, will help drive

Qualifications

• Active and valid FINRA Series 7 licenses.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven track record in consultative sales and relationship management.
• Extensive experience in financial services and wealth management.

Responsibilities

• Own acquisition and growth for Schwab Asset Management managed investing solutions in the territory.
• Build durable relationships with Financial Consultants, branch leaders and regional partners.
• Act as strategic thought partner to identify client needs and position investment solutions.
• Join advisor meetings to educate on investment strategies and solutions.
• Develop knowledge of investment philosophies, portfolio construction and product features.
• Lead branch education and rollout of new products and initiatives.
• Develop in-market client events and manage travel to branches and meetings.
• Utilize Salesforce, Tableau and other tools to manage opportunities and analyze trends.
