AvidXchange is seeking a Sales Development Representative in Charlotte, NC. You will be an integral member of the Growth Team, collaborating with Demand Generation to perform outbound calls to a targeted database and generate interest that leads to new opportunities.

You will engage with finance decision-makers, qualify leads, schedule introductory calls, and support multiple sales channels with tailored messaging.

Qualifications

• Must communicate effectively via phone and email.
• Must make the minimum required outbound calls daily.
• Experience navigating gatekeepers and contacts.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with decision-makers and influencers to generate opportunities.
• Generate interest and pre‑qualify leads for the Sales team.
• Meet and exceed daily outbound call quotas.
• Support multiple sales channels with tailored messaging.
• Develop and manage relationships with Marketing and Sales.
