Pratt Industries seeks a dynamic Sales Representative to drive growth across Arkansas. You will prospect, develop relationships, and conduct value-based selling with manufacturing, customer service, and quality teams to expand our corrugated packaging business.

Qualifications

• Outside selling experience or related experience and college course work.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• College degree, preferably in graphics or packaging.
• Experience in the corrugated box industry (internships and co-ops).

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify accounts, establish relationships to generate first-time and repeat business.
• Conduct initial contacts and sales calls to accounts, selling value-based solutions.
• Push to exceed sales quotas for the assigned territory.
• Travel as needed to cover territory and support customers and accounts.
