Job summary

Velocity-Commercial is seeking a Sales Assistant to provide reliable support to the sales team, maintain customer contact information, and ensure all sales documents and agreements are completed before filing.

You will organize and schedule sales presentations for assigned Account Executives, keep presentation materials on time, update the CRM with client data, respond to procedural questions, help monitor loan submissions, report issues, and assist with social media updates.

Responsibilities

• Organize and schedule sales presentations for assigned AEs
• Ensure that all sales presentation materials are prepared prior to deadlines
• Update customer records in the company database as required
• Contact customers to answer basic procedural questions or to gauge their level of satisfaction with the company
• Collaborate with the sales staff to monitor loan submissions and make sure that loans close on time
• Report any service issues to management and the appropriate Account Executive immediately
• Update and maintain social media
• Act as an Account Executive on the small book of clients assigned to the Junior AE
