You will recruit and develop the team, build community relationships, manage costs, uphold safety, and ensure consistent guest experiences across shifts.

Excellent communication, strategic planning and a proactive leadership style are essential to drive results in a fast-casual setting.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• External Candidates: 3+ years GM experience required; internal candidates: 1+ year as Fazoli’s ASM with supervisor recommendation.
• Must complete Fazoli’s training and SERV Safe certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee People, Sales and Profit to drive growth and profitability.
• Recruit, interview, hire and develop the restaurant team using internal processes and training programs.
• Ensure safety, quality and policy compliance; manage costs and drive guest satisfaction across shifts.
