Job summary

Fazoli's is seeking a General Manager responsible for the overall operation, growth, and profitability of a Fazoli’s restaurant. You will lead People, Sales and Profit strategies, recruit and develop the team, and build community partnerships to drive brand awareness.

The role requires a strong understanding of profit and loss, budgeting and performance management, with the ability to execute plans that maximize guest satisfaction and financial results.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• External Candidates: Minimum of 3 years previous General Manager experience required.
• Internal Candidates: 1+ years of experience as Fazoli’s Assistant General Manager with recommendation.
• Must successfully complete all Fazoli's training and certifications including SERV Safe.
• Must be available to work all hours of restaurant operations and transfer flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Attracts, interviews, selects and onboards the restaurant team.
• Develops the restaurant team succession and bench strength.
• Builds professional business relationships within the community and drives in-house and off-premise sales.
• Maximizes restaurant profitability through effective management practices, policies, controls and systems.
