Job summary

Fazoli's is seeking a General Manager to lead a Fazoli's Restaurant to success through People.Sales.Profit discipline, ensuring guest satisfaction and steady growth.

You will attract and develop the restaurant team, drive sales with community partnerships, manage profitability, food safety, training, and operations, and coordinate with corporate support to meet brand standards.

This role requires flexibility, strong leadership, and the ability to transfer to other Fazoli’s locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years General Manager experience for External Candidates; fast-casual/quick service preferred.
• Internal candidates: 1+ year as Fazoli’s Assistant GM with recommendations.
• All candidates must complete Fazoli’s training and SERV Safe certifications.
• Must be available to work all restaurant hours and transfer to other Fazoli’s restaurants as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversees overall restaurant operation, growth and profitability.
• Attracts, interviews, selects and onboarding of restaurant team; develops succession planning.
• Builds community relationships to drive in-house and off-premise sales; executes marketing plans.
