Job summary

Fazoli's Lima is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help operate and grow the restaurant by implementing People.Sales.Profit strategies.

You will support the General Manager in developing the team, building community relationships to drive sales, and maximizing profitability through sound controls, safety and guest service excellence.

You will be responsible for scheduling, training, and maintaining high standards to reflect Fazoli's values and corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• External candidates require 1 year of Assistant General Manager experience.
• Internal candidates require 1 year as Fazoli's Assistant Manager with the recommendation of your current General Manager and Area Supervisor.
• All candidates must complete Fazoli's training and certifications including SERV Safe.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in developing restaurant team and bench strength.
• Build relationships with the community and drive in-house and off-premises sales.
• Support profitability through effective management practices and safety standards.

Education

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
