Job summary

Fazoli’s is seeking a General Manager to lead a restaurant’s People, Sales and Profit initiatives. The role requires building a strong team, recruiting effectively, and developing bench strength through Fazoli’s internal processes and training.

You will cultivate community partnerships to boost brand awareness, while driving profitable operations and safe, efficient work environments. Candidates should have GM experience (external) or at least 1+ year as an Assistant GM with strong endorsements.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum Age: 18 years old and must possess a valid driver’s license.
• External Candidates: Minimum of 3 years previous General Manager experience required; Fast-casual/quick service experience preferred.
• Internal Candidates: 1+ years of experience as a Fazoli’s Assistant General Manager with recommendation and readiness checklist completed.
• All candidates must successfully complete Fazoli’s training and certifications including SERV Safe.
• Must be available to work all hours of restaurant operations; schedule includes multiple meal periods.
• Must have flexibility to transfer and/or assist at other Fazoli’s restaurants as needed.
• Must provide a safe work environment by maintaining Safety & Security policies.
• Must clear routine/background checks.
