Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Project Manager in Anchorage, AK to oversee all aspects of assigned projects from planning to closeout. You will coordinate with customers, engineering and field teams to ensure timely delivery within budget and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires at least 3 years of PM experience in a technical environment, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid understanding of budgeting and procurement processes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing technical projects from award to closeout.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules and procurement in a complex environment.
• Strong leadership, mentor-ship and team-building abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and direct project activities to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Coordinate with engineering, field teams and customers to ensure quality and safety.
• Prepare cost estimates, change proposals and project invoices; support collections as needed.
• Manage subcontractor selection and performance; monitor project scope and risks.
