Convergint is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our Phoenix office. This full-time role supports planning, scheduling, directing, and financial oversight for assigned projects within our culture of service excellence.

You will collaborate with the Project Manager, interface with customers, and help ensure projects meet budget, time, and quality targets while growing in a results-driven, inclusive environment.

Qualifikationen

• Basic project management experience in a technical environment.
• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Leadership oriented; mentor others within the organization.
• Proficient in MS Project, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, organizing and directing projects.
• Ensures projects are effectively executed to budgeted cost and time schedules.
• Ensures positive cash flow on all assigned projects.
• Acts as key interface with the customer and maximizes customer satisfaction.
• Identifies potential project risks and develops strategies to minimize impact.
• Utilizes financial systems to review actual vs. estimated job cost and provide cost reports.
• Performs other duties as requested.
