Convergint is seeking a full-time Project/Service Team Leader in Anchorage to join our fast-growing, service-focused culture. You will oversee project execution, collaborate with service coordinators, and drive customer satisfaction while aligning with contract scope and budget.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of relevant experience in building automation or life-safety systems, a college or trade school education, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Education for the role includes a college degree, trade school, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4–6 years of relevant experience in related fields.
• Experience in building automation, fire alarm or life safety systems is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee project and service team execution, ensuring on-time delivery within budget.
• Coordinate with Service Coordinators and Specialists to optimize scope and customer satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop colleagues; plan, assign and direct work as needed.
• Identify risks and implement strategies to minimize impact and control costs.
