Convergint is seeking a full-time Project Manager to lead diverse projects including planning, budgeting, and procurement. You will coordinate installation, commissioning, and close-out while maximizing customer satisfaction and safety.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project management within technical environments (engineering/IT/automation).
• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities; able to guide teams.
• Proactive and collaborative with solid communication skills.
• Able to adapt to changing requirements and timelines.
• Good analytical ability to resolve issues and control costs.
• Familiarity with MS Office and basic IT/network concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned projects from planning to closeout, ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery.
• Develop installation plans, schedules, and procurement strategies; lead cross-functional teams.
• Translate customer needs into detailed proposals and cost estimates; support contract negotiations.
• Monitor project costs, schedules, risks, and changes; prepare accurate status reports.
• Communicate requirements clearly to the project team and stakeholders.
• Ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction on all projects.
